Parking brake hydraulic system for forklift

2008
The utility model relates to a stopping brake hydraulic system for a fork truck, which solves the oil pressure source problem of the stopping brake system of a wet brake. The stopping brake hydraulic system comprises a stopping brake, a load sensing pressure-gradient control valve and a main oil pump. The load sensing pressure-gradient control valve is connected on an oil outlet pipeline of the main oil pump in series, and the stopping brake is a wet brake. The load sensing pressure-gradient control valve communicates with the end of a turning oil way and is connected with a stopping brake oil pipe via a three-way pipe, the other end of the stopping brake oil pipe communicates with the oil inlet of the stopping brake, and a solenoid valve is connected on the stopping brake oil pipe in series. The stopping brake hydraulic system broadens the functions of the load sensing pressure-gradient control valve, and solves the oil pressure source problem of the full-hydraulic stopping brake, so that the operating hydraulic system and the brake system of the fork truck are integrated. The stopping brake hydraulic system simplifies pipe system, and reduces the development cost of the entire fork truck; and adopts hydraulic pressure control, resulting in rapid and stable release of stopping brake.
