Information and Control System of Active Aerostatic Bearing

In the article the construction principle of the mechatronic module of circular displacements on the basis of an aerostatic bearing with active stabilization of the rotor spatial position is considered. In contrast to the traditional schemes of active aerostatic bearings construction, the scheme of the active bearing assembled on the basis of the traditional aerostatic bearing, hybrid photoelectric converter of the combined type and electromechanical actuator with III-shaped magnets is analyzed. The use of photoelectric transducer of combined type allows one to increase the accuracy of measurements. The result is achieved by simultaneously measuring the angle of rotation of the rotor in the tangential direction and the deviations of the rotor axis of the aerostatic bearing in the radial direction. The error of quantization of the angle of rotation in the developed angular transducer did not exceed ±0,28”. The beats of the shaft and the raster are compensated to a level at which their contribution to the angular error of the converter does not exceed ±(0,05 … 0,1)”. The manufacturing error of the angular raster is estimated at ±0.3”. In general, the resulting error of the angular transducer did not exceed ±0,4”.
