Влияние артериальной гипертензии на когнитивные функции больных с сочетанным атеросклерозом коронарных и церебральных артерий

Frequency of development and intensity of cognitive defects (CD) in subjects with associated atherosclerosis of coronary and cerebral arteries in a combination with an arterial hypertension (AH) and without AH were studied. 90 subjects with associated atherosclerosis of coronary and cerebral arteries without AH and 90 subjects in a combination with AH took part in the research. It is revealed that subjects with associated atherosclerosis of coronary and cerebral arteries without AH have more expressed CD than the same subjects having AH. Th e obtained data testifi es to some compensating role of easy and moderated AH in subjects with an ischemic heart disease (IHD).
