Evaluation of curative effect of minimally invasive puncture and small bone holecraniotomy in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

2015
Objective To compare the clinical department of cerebral surgery by minimally invasive puncture and keyhole craniotomy in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 76 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted into cerebral surgery, People’s Hospital of Jiaozhou City. All patients were randomly divided into two groups, ie, conventional group (treated with small bone hole craniotomy treatment) and study group (treated with minimally invasive treatment). The clinical therapeutic effect was compared in two groups. Results In the study group, the stroke scale (NIHSS) score (t=2.54, P>0.05) was (6.04±0.57) points, and the NIHSS score was (6.01±0.58) points (t=1.94, P>0.05). Three months after surgery, the Glasgow outcome score (GOS) in the study group was (4.28±0.37) points, and the normal group was (4.30±0.30) points. The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The hospitalization time of the study group was (16.5±2.8) days, and the normal group was (21.3±4.8) days (X2=8.74, P<0.05). The clinical complication rate was 2.63% in the study group and 10.52% in the conventional group (χ2=10.54, P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with keyhole craniotomy, minimally invasive treatment has better curative effect for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
