Сравнительный анализ когнитивной функции у пациентов с гипертонической болезнью на фоне приема пирибедила

39 patients with hypertension of the second stage were surveyed in research. Patients were divided into two groups. Patients of the experimental group (n=17) received an antihypertensive treatment and hypocholesterolemic therapy. Patients of the main group (n=22) in addition to complex treatment had a course of piribedil therapy. Duration of therapy was 90 days. The effectiveness of the treatment was estimated on the basis of complaints of patients and MoCa test. The findings showed that a complex of treatment including piribedil allowed improving the cognitive function of patients. A change in indicators of patients of the experimental group was indicative of less expressed stabilization of state.
