The invention provides a horseshoe completely laminated with a horse's hoof face and a manufacturing method therefor. The horseshoe comprises an upper component and a lower component which are connected vertically, wherein the shape of the upper surface of the upper component is matched with that of the horse's hoof face, and a plurality of upper nail holes are further dispersed in the upper component along contour edge; and the lower component is of a U-shaped structure and has a plurality of lower nail holes corresponding to the upper nail holes of the upper component. The upper component is made from iron, aluminum alloy, steel or titanium alloy; and the lower component is made from titanium alloy. According to the manufacturing method, the actual geometric morphology of the horse's hoof face is scanned by using a three-dimensional scanning technique, and the surface morphology of the upper component of the horseshoe is printed by using a metal three-dimensional printing technique. According to the horseshoe completely laminated with the horse's hoof face and the manufacturing method therefor, the lower component in friction with the ground is manufactured from a wear-resistant material, and a geometric contact face which is completely laminated with the horse's hoof face is provided, so that the frequency of replacement of the horseshoe can be lowered, and then, the possibility that horse's hooves are full of nail holes and are injured due to hoof nail nailing is lowered.
