Legal Belief of the Main Society and the Society Ruled by Law

The legal belief is the spiritual and psychological foundation of one country's legal construction.It is also the highest level of concept in the society ruled by law.From the important position of the main society in legal belief and the society ruled by law,reasons are analyzed which restrict production of China's legal belief.Simultaneously,several constructive approaches are trized offering for production of China's legal belief and construction of the society ruled by law after profound analysis of current situation of China's legal construction.
