The embodiment of the invention discloses a method and system for logistics scheduling based on the Internet of things (IOT) and cloud computing, belonging to the field of intelligent monitoring. The method comprises the following steps: mobile terminals are subjected to scheduling registration to a server end through an SIP (Session Initiated Protocol); position information on all the mobile terminals is obtained according to positioned signals of the mobile terminals; closest camera equipment surrounding each mobile terminal is positioned and bound to the mobile terminal, and videos picked up by all camera equipment are sent back to a server; and the server returns the videos to corresponding mobile terminals for playing according to specific control instructions sent by the mobile terminals. According to the method and the system, users can remotely monitor, schedule and judge geographical positions conveniently, so that the fusion of intelligent positioning and a mobile video monitoring system based on a mobile network is realized, the seamless integration of the intelligent positioning and the mobile video monitoring system is then realized, the serviceability is improved, and actual application requirements for monitored scheduling are further met.
