The invention relates to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of shale containing potassium, in particular to a method for processing a shale containing potassium intermediate. The method comprises the steps of controlling the drying processing time and the drying processing temperature of a microwave oven in a first-stage microwave drying oven with the frequency of 300-3000MHz, further enabling the drying result of the shale containing potassium intermediate to be more ideal, then carrying out spraying treatment with the combination of sulfuric acid serving as an acidifier, controlling the mass-to-volume ratio of the acidifier to the shale containing potassium intermediate; adjusting the temperature and the processing time with the combination of the control over the microwave frequency in a second-stage acidizing microwave tunnel kiln, further enabling the shale containing potassium intermediate to be processed in the second-stage acidizing microwave tunnel kiln more thoroughly and completely, enabling the shale containing the potassium to have a thorough reaction, enabling the recovery rate of a fluorine auxiliary to be large, enabling the temperature of exhausted gas containing fluorine to be lower than 60 DEG C, and enabling the gas to be sufficiently absorbed when the gas is absorbed and recovered by an absorption tower. Energy consumption and emission of fluorine gas are reduced, and the method for processing the shale containing potassium intermediate has remarkable economic efficiency and value of environmental protection.
