Two Reasons of Instability in Layered Cuprates

The phase boundary of the paramagnetic phase has been calculated, taking into account the strong electron correlations. The instability wave vector gets displaced from pure antiferromagnetic wave vector if doping increases. The calculated pictures of Lindhard response functions and complex momentum dependence of a CDW pseudogap are presented. Spin susceptibility expression for the singlet correlated band at Tc
