The utility model relates to a micro flow rate sensing device, an analogous micro flow rate sensing devices adopted the micro flow rate sensing device and a digital micro flow rate sensing devices adopted the micro flow rate sensing device. The sensitivity and accuracy of the existing flow rate sensing devices are both low, and can not meet test requirements of micro flow rate. The utility model is provided with two-pole flaps at the outerwall of a liquid reservoir in order to form a dielectric capacitor of storing liquid. Capacitance of the capacitor is switched in a self-excited oscillation circuit, and liquid quantity varies even if frequency changes. In this way, variation of micro liquid measure namely flow is changed into electrical frequency signal. The utility model has the advantages of high transducer sensitivity and accuracy, reliable working, and low cost.
