The present invention relates to a blood circulation support system, and a control method and electrical stimulation device therefor, which are unlikely to cause complications, and unlikely to have adverse effects on the self-tuning cardiac diastole and systole functions. The present invention comprises: an electrical stimulation device (100) that outputs an electrical signal, which is a pulse wave, to at least a lower leg of a human body (P); an ECG data acquisition device (200) that continuously acquires an ECG waveform from the human body (P); an ECG data analysis device (300) that analyzes the ECG waveform acquired by the ECG data acquisition device (200) and determines the output timing of the electric signal output from the electrical stimulation device (100). The ECG data analysis device (300) determines, as the output timing, a timing delayed by a predetermined period of time with respect to an R wave included in the ECG waveform. The predetermined period of time is a time obtained by multiplying a period T, which is a period of the R wave, by 0.075 to 0.35.
