The invention discloses a manual die for manufacturing a V-shaped cylinder block sand core. The V-shaped cylinder block sand core comprises a sand core body and a sand core base plate connected with the sand core body, wherein the sand core body is provided with a left oblique surface, a right oblique surface, a front end face, a rear end face and a top surface. The manual die comprises a base provided with a V-shaped cavity which is open upwards, a bottom-surface module, a left-side drawing block, a right-side drawing block, a front-end drawing block, a rear-end drawing block, a front cover plate, a left cover plate and a right cover plate, wherein the bottom-surface module, the left-side drawing block, the right-side drawing block, the front-end drawing block, the rear-end drawing block, the front cover plate, the left cover plate and the right cover plate are installed in the V-shaped cavity to form a forming cavity of the sand core body. The manual die further comprises a top-surface surrounding plate, wherein the top-surface surrounding plate is arranged on the upper surface of the base, and a forming cavity of the sand core base plate is defined by the top-surface surrounding plate, the left cover plate, the right cover plate and the front cover plate. The die is compact in structure and can be opened and closed in place accurately, the shape of the manufactured sand core is accurate, and the completeness of the structure of the sand core can be guaranteed; furthermore, the cost of the die is low, and the production cycle is short.
