Lip deformity repair mainly involves uneven red lip, upper lip scar, local depression, red and white lip implantation, fissure relapsing, etc. The repair of nose deformity commonly involves nosewing collapse, nostril asymmetry, nasal columella short, apex nasi not round, basis nasi emptiness; oronasal fistulas deformity is interlinking among cleft alveolus, and nasal cavity and labiogingival groove; postoperative deformity of bilateral cleft lip open shows as upper lip scar, whistling lips deformity, nasal columella short, etc.
