The invention provides a method for producing S95-grade slag micro-powder by using low-activity acidic slag. The method comprises the following steps: grinding low-activity acidic slag and sulfate dihydrate in a vertical mill so as to obtain slag powder with a specific surface area of 450 to 480 m /kg; grinding Portland cement clinker to obtain powder with a specific surface area of 340 to370 m /kg; and uniformly mixing the slag powder and the powder and standing an obtained mixture for homogenization so as to obtain the S95-grade slag micro-powder. The method provided in the invention can produce the S95-grade slag micro-powder by using low-activity acidic slag, which enables the problem of utilization of low-activity slag to be overcome and production cost to be reduced.
