Getting a Lift: The Impact of Aerial Cable Cars in La Paz, Bolivia

This is study proposal to assess the effects of aerial cable cars on mode of transport, time use and employment in the city of La Paz, Bolivia. Using an instrumental variables approach, the study will estimate local average treatment effects of cable car use for residents close to a cable car station.
