Progress in Synthesis and Application of Polymer Brushes

Polymer brush has been applied in many aspects due to its remarkable characteristics in adsorption,adhesion,lubrication and wetting and it has shown great potential application in recent years.This article reviews the synthesis and applications of polymer brushes with the emphasis on the controlled radical synthesis and introduces some basic theories.
