A Novel Framework for Blockchain Based Driving License Management and Driver’s Reputation System for Bangladesh

In this paper, we reviewed the challenges and drawbacks of current licensing process such as lack of transparency, accountability, difficulties to track the provenance of information and assert traceability. As a solution to the issues we proposed a novel framework based on blockchain. We leveraged the key features of blockchain and smart contract to develop a better driving license management and drivers reputation system. We automated several tedious steps for a more efficient system. We explained our proposed framework, compared performance with existing traditional and digital systems before concluding with our future work.
