A vacuum magnetron sputtering pink gold targets and preparation method, belonging to the field of non-ferrous metallurgy technology for vacuum magnetron sputtering pink gold target weight percentage composition containing Au? 82.0 ~ 95.0%, Pd? 0.5 ~ 7.0%, Fe? 0.3 ~ 4.0%, Cu? 0.5 ~ 3.0%, Cr? 0.1 ~ 3.0%, In? 0.05 to 1.0%; methods in the following steps: (1) preparation of raw materials; heating and melting the Au, Pd into the melt in Au, followed by adding Fe, Cu, Cr and In after each melt; (2) the molten metal body stir, and then heated to 1200 ~ 1300 ℃, heat 3 ~ 5min refining; (3) poured into a preheated mold, air-cooled to room temperature to obtain a slab; (4) milling, rolling, annealing, scissors cutting and leveling. Pink gold target of the invention is applied to coating technology, the availability of uniform color, anti-sulfide oxidation resistance, and high surface hardness, wear pink good film, has broad application prospects.
