NRAMP1 Gene Polymorphism and Pigs Piglet Diarrhea Research

NRAMP1 gene(natural resistance associated macrophage protein) with the people,a number of pathogenic parasites,such as mouse mycobacterium in Salmonella typhi bacteria's susceptibility and resistance of important candidate genes.In this study,PCR-RFLP techniques,analysis of pigs of the NRAMP1 gene intron sixth Nde Ⅰ restriction site polymorphism;observational records of breast-feeding piglet diarrhea and found that NRAMP1 base of intron 6 Nde Ⅰ restriction site in all varieties of pig demonstrated his wealth of polymorphism,the restriction sites of the gene frequencies and genotype frequencies in all pigs in the distribution of consistent,pigs of different strains of genotype and diarrhea index statistics analysis revealed that the department Ⅰ,Ⅱ department no significant difference,with 11 generations were significantly higher than 10 generations.
