식품 자동 결속기의 기구학적 모델링 및 해석

The bundling process is the final step in seaweed manufacturing, however, the process is a little difficult to be automatized, because seaweed has the physical properties of roughness, softness, and fragility, etc.. In this paper, we proposed an automatic bundling mechanism for seaweed based on PLC control. The proposed mechanism consists of two parts, one is aligning part for adjusting the dried seaweed as preprocess, and second one is bundling part for binding a bundle of 100 sheets of seaweed. To increase the reliability and maintenance of the machine, mechanical linkage system is suggested instead of electronic automation system, because this machine is usually operated near the sea area. Finally simulation has been done to prove the proper working process.
