The invention provides a device for realizing remote software upgrading of a wireless terminal, which relates to the technical field wireless communication. The device comprises the wireless terminal and a software upgrading platform, wherein the wireless terminal can be in wireless connection with the software upgrading platform automatically, upgrade software wirelessly, and receive upgrading software from the software upgrading platform automatically, and is guided to accomplish software upgrading.
