A conical-rotor servo motor direct-driven flywheel energy storage type plate connecting device comprises a conical rotor and a conical stator matched with the conical rotor, the conical rotor is connected with a motor shaft, a compression spring is arranged between the conical rotor and a motor end cover, a flywheel and an overrun clutch are connected to the motor shaft, the overrun clutch is connected to a sleeve, a friction plate is fixed on the sleeve, the flywheel is connected with or separated from the sleeve through the friction plate, the upper end of a screw rod is connected with the sleeve, the lower end of the screw rod is connected with a sliding block which is connected with a guide rail, a punch is connected to the lower portion of the sliding block, a lower die is located on a moving path of the punch, the flywheel drives the sleeve to rotate so as to drive the screw rod to rotate, the screw rod rotates to drive the sliding block to rotate so as to drive the punch to move in a straight line to punch plates until the lower die is fully filled with the plates, and a punching round point is formed. The plate connecting device guarantees connector combination quality and production efficiency, and has the advantages of being compact in structure, stable in operation and capable of saving time and energy.
