Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride tube and preparation process thereof

The invention discloses a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride tube and a preparation process thereof. The tube is prepared from chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin, a stabilizer, a toughening agent, a filler, a lubricant, a light screener and an ultraviolet absorbent serving as raw materials, wherein the toughening agent is one or more of MBS (Methyl methacrylate-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer), anti-impact ACR (Acrylic resin) and CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylene); and the tube is prepared through the following steps of: uniformly mixing all the raw materials in a high-speed mixer, mixing and cooling in a cold mixer, extruding through a double-screw extruder, cooling and forming. Compared with the prior art, the tube has a novel toughening and reinforcing system, i.e., various organic toughening agents are used in coordination with one another, and an organic composite toughening agent is used in coordination with inorganic rigid particles for toughening and reinforcing; and the tube has superior performance and higher anti-impact strength, tensile yield strength, vicat softening temperature and weather resistance, has a wider application range, is safer, is suitable for being buried underground and laid in a concealed way and can also be stored for a long time and used outdoors.
