STUDY ON THE MAXIMUM CARRYING CAPACITY OF PLANETARY GEAR REDUCER OF LESS TOOTH DIFFERENCE WITH BIASING CRANKSHAFT BASED ON MATLAB

In order to solve the problem that the elastic mesh effective coefficient of internal gear pair with few teeth difference is variable,this paper presented the concepts of the maximum load-carrying capacity of planetary gear reducer of less tooth difference with biasing crankshaft,it had to be taken as starting that the root stress of single tooth reaches bending fatigue strength,the relationships were established mathematically among normal clearance of the tooth pairs,the virtual engaging point and the maximum load-carrying capacity,the maximum load-carrying capacity of planetary gear reducer of less tooth difference with biasing crankshaft was estimated on base of Matlab,and verified with living example and experiment,at the same time we have studied the effect of center distance on the calculation results. The result shows that the method improves design efficiency, and reduces the cost; it is fully considered that the elastic deformation has influence on increasing the caring capacity.
