Simultaneous superficial cortex and deep brain imaging in mice brain using wide-field microscope through implanting custom-built cranial window

We propose an ultra-large field-of-view (FOV) and cellular-resolution wild-field macroscope to show the simultaneous superficial cortex and deep brain imaging by implanting two different custom-built cranial windows: glass plug and microprism.
