The Development of an Electric Pulse Chemotherapy Apparatus

This paper introduces the principle and structure of an eletric pulse chemotherapy apparatus. It takes advantage of the permeabilization of the cell membrane by electic pulses to facilitate the delivery of chemotherapeutic drugs into cells. It mainly consists of a programmable pulse generator, adjustable high voltage regulator, high voltage switch and protection circuits.
