Tunnelling machine enclosed type dust arrester

A road-header closed dust removal device is composed of a wind screen closure device, an aspiration tube, a fan drum and a de-dusting fan. The wind screen closure device arranged in front of the driver is composed of an air jet device, a stop valve and an air supply pipe. The air jet device is arranged around the body of a road-header or a bolting machine, in which the jetted air current is in the formation of a wind screen on the cross-section of a roadway that is an air flow barrier to isolate the heading face and the driver. The air supply and compression of the air jet device is implemented through the underground compression pipelines passing through the air supply pipe and the stop valve. The aspiration tube in front of the body passing through the fan drum is connected to the rear de-dusting fan provided with a self-advancing device. The device is applied in the road-header or bolting machine for dust removal, in which the wind screen is used to replace the actual dust curtain. Not only the closure device of the de-dusting device is greatly simplified, but also the operation is simple with a small amount of maintenance and the scraping and deformation by the roadway wall will not occur. More importantly, with the wind screen, the line of signt of driver and the operation space are not affected, so are the walking and operation of operators.
