A self-enclosed waterproof layer of concrete and asphalt compaction construction methods, especially for local water enclosed high-speed railway subgrade surface or Passenger Dedicated alpine region. Concrete and asphalt self compacting construction method of the present invention provides, as compared to the prior art, characterized in that full use of self-compacting concrete asphalt good barrier properties, freeze-thaw resistance, aging, deformation ability to adapt and self-healing ability advantages, ultra dense material structure to solve the problem of anti subgrade drainage, prevent water infiltration lead to the destruction of the roadbed; waterproof sealing layer by the artificial paving, made of wood or steel template determining the layer thickness, forming dense on their own mobility, without compact, simple construction, low environmental requirements, for high-surface-based railway catenary support structure such as a more narrow face characteristics; has a long service life required during maintenance work less, and easy to maintain , it is an ideal long-acting surface of the waterproof sealing layer railway embankment solutions.
