Adjustable installing tool and method for single-toe elastic strip

The invention discloses an adjustable installing tool and method for a single-toe elastic strip. The installing tool comprises a handheld stress application rod, a stand column and a positioning base. The handheld stress application rod is arranged above the stand column. A clamping groove matched with an embedded iron base is formed in the left side of the lower end of the stand column. A positioning base is arranged behind the lower side of the stand column. A positioning rod is arranged at the lower portion of the positioning base. The middle of the stand column is hollowed out and connected with a drag hook through a connecting pin. On the basis of keeping an existing operation manner, a middle leg positioning device is additionally arranged on the installing tool, and when the elastic strip is installed to the set value, the end face of a middle leg of the elastic strip abuts against the positioning device, the effect of unavailable pulling is caused, an operator is prompted about finished installing of the elastic strip accordingly, operation is greatly facilitated, and the installing precision is improved.
