Strategy on Establishing Harmonious Teacher-student Relationship in Civilian-run Primary Colleges: From the Perspective of Student Evaluation of Teaching

A study has been conducted on the students' attitude to the evaluation of teaching and its influential factors by using questionnaires,and strategies have been proposed on establishing effective and harmonious teacher-student relationship:the civilian-run private colleges should optimize the system of evaluating teaching;the teachers in civilian-run private colleges should treat the students evaluation of teaching with proper attitude;the cognition of students on evaluation of teaching should be improved.
