Investigation and analysis of the status quo of ideological education for the practice nurse

Objective To understand the status quo of ideological education for practice nurse, analyze the existing problems from the view of nurse teacher, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures for nursing clinical teachers and hospital administrators. Methods The correlative situations of 128 nursing clinical teachers' ideological education on practice nurse were investigated by self-designed questionnaire. Results The investigation showed that the relationship between teacher and student wasn't too optimistic, teacher didn't understand student fully, and the ideological education lacks consistency, initiative and responsibility. Conclusion Such measures as paying attention to selecting and training teacher, establishing good relationship between teachers and students, and emphasizing consistency, initiative and responsibility of ideological education can raise students ideological level fully and cultivate nursing talents with high quality.
