The present invention belongs to the geophysical exploration seismic data interpretability processing technology field, and especially relates to a pre-stack common imaging point gather high-fidelity stacking method facing a target. The method combines forward modeling and actual seismic data to research features of a pre-stack common imaging point gather so as to effectively improve the data fidelity and fine structure and reservoir description capacity according to the changing features of amplitude, frequency and phase with an incident angle. The method comprises: calculating simulation seismic pre-stacking common imaging point gather features and actual seismic pre-stacking common imaging point gather features; respectively calculating and obtaining the amplitude jump incident angle in the simulation seismic pre-stacking common imaging point gather features, the phase jump incident angle in the simulation seismic pre-stacking common imaging point gather features and the frequency jump incident angle in the simulation seismic pre-stacking common imaging point gather features; taking the minimum incident angle of the three as an optimal incident angle; and performing point gather stacking of angles being less than or equal to the optimal incident angle to obtain a high-fidelity pre-stack common imaging point gather.
