An experimental methodology to promote and evaluate the use of community networks for civic engagement

This project seeks to contribute to new understandings as mentioned above, through the design, implementation and adoption of the CitizenSqKm communicative ecology, and through a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative assessment of its development. The result will be subjected to further analysis and can be re-packaged and adopted elsewhere.
