Measurement and Test System for Surface Flow Characteristics of Fins in Plate-fin Heat Exchanger

In order to analyze the surface flow characteristics of fins,a measurement system was designed and developed,the matching software was developed on .NET platform.The framework of the software was proposed,and developed with C# language.At last,repetitive tests conducted on the fin,and made an analysis of test results.Actual operating results show that the system is stable,reliable operation,and precision of the tests meet the requirements,it can be used to inspection flow surface characteristics of the finned in research,development and production process.
