The invention discloses a CPCIe and PCI protocol data processing device and method. By means of the CPCIe and PCI protocol data processing device and method, the defect that a PMC bus interface cannot be connected with a CICI Express bus interface to be used presently is overcome. The device comprises a converting bridge chip, a PMC interface and a CPCIe interface, wherein the converting bridge chip is used for choosing signals to carry out mutual conversion between CPCIe protocol data and PCI protocol data according to modes, the PMC interface is used for transmitting PCI protocol data with the converting bridge chip, and the CPCIe interface is used for transmitting CPCIe protocol data with the converting bridge chip. The embodiments of the CPCIe and PCI protocol data processing device and method enable a PMC interface board card to be still used continuously in a general application environment of a CPCI Express bus technique, so that a PMC interface board card is prevented from being wasted, and material resources and financial resources are saved.
