The Benefit of RiSSQ, Balancing Quality and Risk

Remember from Chap. 4 that coincidental quality is free as it is built into the product by product development and maintenance. If we ask product development and maintenance for the right level of quality or, respectively, risk, it is most often not easy to get insightful and comprehensive answers. However, we still need transparency about quality and risk to be sure that investments into resources (people, money, time, etc.) are sustainable. Ultimately, we need trustworthiness of our ICT landscape and its components.
