Study on Hardwood Cutting of Celastrus orbiculatus

The effects of cutting position,type of hormone,treatment concentration to hard wood cutting of Celastrus orbiculatus were studied.The result showed that the Celastrus orbiculatus belongs to integrated-rooting type.There were 2 type of hormone,the best hormone was NAA.The hormone concentration could accelerate rooting.The best treatments were to use 2000 mg/LNAA for 10 seconds and use 200 mg/LNAA for 3 hours,The cutting position could effect on rooting of Celastrus orbiculatus.The better cutting position were base part and middle part.
