The investigate of practical technology training of fishermen

As the fishermen's cultural quality generally not high,so we have a low-tech fishing of Production.Carry out practical technical training is to improve the quality of fishing,cultivating skilled and operated fishermen.It is also to increase the income of fishermen,and is the only way to achieve poverty alleviation.This paper analyzes the status of fishermen practical technical training and problems of proposed fisheries technical training.The papers measures several suggestions: fisheries technical training should combined with fishermen and the overall quality of training;and we should stick to multi-level,multi-phase form combination.
