In recent years,famer's income has slowed down.This becomes the basic problem which influences agricultural development and stability.After entry into the WTO,farmer's income will face more challenges and difficulties.How to change negative factors into positive ones and how to increase farmer's income become more sensitive.This essay tries to give some considerations for them.
