The invention provides a preparation method for a hygienic product. The preparation method comprises the following steps: designing a three-dimensional solid model for a desired hygienic product, wherein a pattern is designed on the three-dimensional solid model; slicing and layering the three-dimensional solid model for the hygienic product so as to obtain shaping formation of each main material layer and each bonding material layer, wherein a main material is a fibrous material, and a bonding material is at least one selected from the group consisting of an adhesive, a thermoplastic polymer and a hot melting viscous fiber; and carrying out 3D printing according to the shaping formation of each layer and allowing the fibrous material and the bonding material to be alternately sprayed so as to enable the hygienic product to be finally printed and molded, wherein the pattern is formed on the hygienic product, and the interlacing form of a pattern area is identical to the interlacing form of other areas. The invention further provides the hygienic product prepared by using the method. The method provided by the invention has a simple process and exerts no influence on the interlacing form of fibers.
