Method for distributing rolling reduction of shell ring

The invention discloses a process method for distributing the rolling reduction of a shell ring, which comprises the following steps of placing a shell ring blank on a rolling mill; measuring an overall dimension of the shell ring blank; measuring the temperature of the shell ring in real time; computing the overall rolling reduction of the shell ring; setting and distributing total passes and the rolling reduction at every pass; measuring the overall dimension of the shell ring again; manually giving compensating pass rolling reduction; allowing the dimension of the shell ring to reach the finished dimension; and taking the shell ring finished product away from the rolling mill, wherein the rolling reduction at every pass is distributed and computed according to a formula and the steps. The process method for distributing the rolling reduction of the shell ring has the beneficial effects that distribution of the rolling reduction accords with the per se characteristics of the milling machine of the shell ring; and rolling passes are reduced, the time of manual intervention is saved, and the rolling efficiency of the shell ring is greatly improved.
