Analysis of curative effect on the glandular cystitis in females (annexal report of 65 cases)

Objective Approch treat methods on the different degree glandular cystitis in Females. Method Rtrospective analysis 65 cases about clinical data means on the alandular cystitis in Females. Ages are from 26 to 75 years. Among 65 cases,pathological changes of 54 cases located in the neck of bladder,the triangular area of bladder and surrounding the gap of ureter; 6 cases lateral wall or basal part of the bladder; 2 cases posterior urethra; 2 cases lamellar distribution. All 65 cases had been treated by TUV. Result 65 cases had been followed-up visit by 6～24 months. 46 cases had been cured,10 cases improved,the urination symptom of 6 cases released and hematuria disappeared,but inferior belly and external orifice of urethra had usually vague pain. The urination symptom of 3 cases had been relapsed for 6～9 months after operation. No one had carcinomatous change. Conclusion The examination through the cystoscope binding to tissue biopsy is an important method of diagnosis the alandular cystitis in Females,TUV treating the glandular cystitis in females can gain satisfactory curative effect.
