Miniaturized full-bridge sounding test probe

2015
Disclosed is a miniaturized full-bridge sounding test probe. The probe is divided into two segments, i.e., a miniaturized probe rod (9) and a miniaturized extension rod (4), and the miniaturized extension rod (4) is arranged on the miniaturized probe rod (9); the top portion of the miniaturized extension rod (4) is provided with a coaxial cable (1), and the lower portion of the coaxial cable (1) is provided with an analog-to-digital converter (2), a first metallic foil resistance strain gauge (3) and a second metallic foil resistance strain gauge (5) from top to bottom, wherein the coaxial cable (1) is connected with the analog-to-digital converter (2); a helix part (6) is disposed at the bottom end of the miniaturized extension rod (4) and at the top end of the miniaturized probe rod (9); and the miniaturized probe rod (9) is provided with a third metallic foil resistance strain gauge (7) and a fourth metallic foil resistance strain gauge (10), the outermost portion of the miniaturized probe rod (9) is provided with a sidewall friction cylinder (8), and the bottom portion of the miniaturized probe rod (9) is provided with a conical probe (11). The miniaturized full-bridge probe provided by the invention has the advantages of, small dimension, accuracy, convenience, rapidness and the like, thereby providing a powerful test tool for geotechnical engineering investigation.
