A simple spectrophotometric method for determination of carbosulfan and propoxur

Abstract A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of carbosulfan and propoxur is described, based on coupling their hydrolysis products with diazotized 2-aminobenzophenone to give orange species having an absorption maximum at 465 and 475 nm respectively. Beer's law is obeyed from 0.5 to 10 ppm.
