Seven-kilometer triaxial DC electric drilling winch

2008
The utility model relates to a seven-thousand-meter triaxial direct current electric drilling hoisting winch used for a petroleum oil drill rig, which is composed of a roller shaft, an input shaft, a gear shifting mechanism, a disc braking mechanism, a middle shaft, a hoisting winch, a water pipeline, a lubricating system, an air pipeline, a low-speed clutch, a fast line blocking roller, a chain, an electromagnetic vortex flow brake, an electrical motor, a tooth type spline clutch and a high-speed clutch, wherein the roller shaft is installed and fixed in the middle of the hoisting winch with bolts, the input shaft is installed and fixed at the rear part of the hoisting winch with bolts, the middle shaft is installed and fixed at the lower part of the hoisting winch with bolts, the disc braking mechanism is installed at the left and right sides of the hoisting winch, the gear shifting mechanism is arranged on the middle shaft and is fixed with bolts or through welding, the water pipeline, the lubricating system and the air pipeline are welded on a bottom skid, the low-speed clutch is arranged and is connected at the left end of the roller shaft through bolts, the fast line blocking roller is installed and is connected at the front upper part of the hoisting winch through bolts, the electromagnetic vortex flow brake is arranged and is connected at the right end of the roller shaft through the chain, and the electrical motor and the input shaft are connected through a rzeppa universal shaft coupling. The utility model solves the defects of large and heavy volume of the hoisting winch in the prior art and inconvenient installation and transportation, and can be used in the oil drilling rig operation.
