Thermal decomposition of indium phosphide: monitoring of metallic cluster growth

The formation and growth dynamics of differently prepared InP(001) surfaces before and after annealing and their influence upon the vibronic and electronic properties was investigated using various microscopic and spectroscopic techniques.
