Investigation of solid and glued wood on the effect of variables of low-cycle repeated loads

The methods and results of experimental studies of strength and deformability of solid and glued wood (pine) on compression along and across fibers under the action of repeated non-cyclic loads were presented. The analysis of the obtained results of wood behavior in 50 repetitive load cycles has been carried out. It is established that the behavior of wood for repeated loads essentially depends on the upper level of application of low cycle loads.
