Биомеханические аспекты вторичной деформации зубов

2004
The object of the present paper is the secondary deformity of teeth due to formation of vacancies in dentition. Authors consider the key propositions developed in medical practice to describe the origins of the secondary deformities. Further the biomechanical comments of the current concepts are developed. The analysis begins with term «deformity» and ends with its consideration at the level of the dentofacial system. As a result the authors reveal and prove with relation to biomechanics the imperfections of the theory accepted in medicine for the tooth motion reasons because of the extraction of a tooth-antagonist or adjacent tooth. Thereupon the new approach is proposed to provide an secondary deformity explanation. The elements of mathematical model are developed for the further numerical analysis.
