The invention discloses a plate core which is used for a flat plate type solar collector, in particular to a tube plate type plate core or a serpentine tube type plate core which comprises a heat-absorbing plate and a calandria, wherein the calandria comprises a welding plane which is in contact with the plate surface of the heat-absorbing plate, and the cross section can be in the shapes of D, rectangle, triangle, C with a closed opening or U with a closed opening, and the like. The invention further discloses the flat plate type solar collector provided with the plate core.
